Who runs this

FL CO OS is run by FL CO (Frontline Conversion), a one-person business based in Norway. In this policy, "I" and "me" mean the person running FL CO. Contact for anything here: os@frontlineconversion.com.

Two kinds of people, two roles

Coaches: when you apply for access or use FL CO OS, I am the data controller for your account information (name, email, business details, settings, and usage such as when you last logged in).

Leads: when someone applies through a coach's public page, that information belongs to the coach's business. The coach is the controller; I process it on their behalf, only to provide the service (scoring, briefs, reminders, the coach's own dashboard). I never use lead data for my own marketing and never sell any data.

What is collected and why

Coach accounts: what you give at application and in Settings, plus operational records (login timestamps, notification preferences, billing plan label). Basis: the agreement between us.

Lead applications: the answers a lead submits, and booking events when they schedule a call. Basis: the processing relationship with the coach, who is responsible for the lawful basis toward their leads.

AI processing

Parts of the service (lead scoring, daily briefs, suggested drafts, call preparation) send relevant data to Anthropic's Claude API for processing. Under Anthropic's commercial API terms, that data is not used to train their models. AI output is shown to the coach as support; nothing AI-generated is ever sent to a lead automatically.

Who helps run the service

Subprocessors: Supabase (database, authentication, file storage), Vercel (hosting), Anthropic (AI processing), Resend (email delivery), and Stripe (payments; I never see or store card details). Each processes data only to provide their part of the service.

Cookies and tracking

FL CO OS uses only the cookies required to keep you logged in. No analytics cookies, no advertising trackers, no third-party marketing pixels. The free public tools (calculators) run entirely in your browser; what you type there is never sent to me.

Retention and deletion

Account data is kept while the account exists. Deleting a coach account removes their login and all their business data, including their leads' records. Coaches can request deletion or a copy of their data by email; leads should contact their coach, and I help the coach honor such requests.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask for access, correction, deletion, or a portable copy of your data, and you can complain to Datatilsynet (the Norwegian Data Protection Authority). Email os@frontlineconversion.com and I will respond without undue delay.

Changes

Material changes to this policy are announced in the product or by email before they take effect.
