Terms of Service

What FL CO OS is

FL CO OS is a sales command center for online fitness coaches. It is run by FL CO (Frontline Conversion), a one-person business based in Norway. In these terms, "I" and "me" mean the person running FL CO, and "you" means the coach using the service. The service scores leads, prepares briefs and call notes, and organizes follow-up. It is invite-only: I review every application personally before creating an account.

Your account

One account per coach, for your own coaching business. Keep your login credentials private and the information on your account accurate. You are responsible for activity that happens under your login.

What the software does and does not do

FL CO OS assists you. It never messages your leads on your behalf, never impersonates you, and never sends anything without your action. Suggested messages are drafts; you decide what to send and you send it yourself. AI-generated content (scores, briefs, suggestions) can be wrong; it is decision support, not advice, and you remain responsible for how you communicate with and sell to your leads.

Your leads and your responsibilities

The people who apply through your public page are your leads, not mine. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to collect and use their information, for how you contact them, and for honoring their requests. I process their data only to provide the service to you (see the Privacy Policy).

Payment

FL CO OS is a paid monthly service. Payment is handled personally: after approval you receive a Stripe checkout link, and receipts come from Stripe. Cancel any time by emailing me; access ends at the end of the paid period. Prices may change with notice before your next renewal. Refunds are handled case by case, fairly.

Acceptable use

Do not use FL CO OS to spam, harass, or mislead people, to break the law, to probe or disrupt the service, or to collect data about people who have not applied to you. I can pause or close accounts that do.

Availability

I work to keep the service fast and available, and I announce meaningful changes inside the product. I do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and functionality can change as the product develops.

Ownership

I own the software, design, and brand. You own your content and your business data. You can ask for a copy of your data, or for deletion, at any time.

Ending the relationship

You can leave any time: email me and I delete your account and its data on request. I can end or pause accounts for breach of these terms or non-payment, with data deletion following unless the law requires retention.

Liability

FL CO OS supports your sales work; it does not guarantee revenue, bookings, or outcomes. To the extent the law allows, my liability for any claim connected to the service is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Changes and law

If these terms change materially, I tell you in the product or by email before the change applies to you. These terms are governed by Norwegian law, and any dispute belongs to the Norwegian courts.
